SPIRIT HEART Cancellation Policy
Individual Healing and Communication Sessions
Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the session cost. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee of the session cost.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled video appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. If I arrive at your home/yard and you are not there for the pre-arranged in person appointment the full session fee will be charged.
Emergencies: I understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to reschedule your session without penalty.
If for any reason I am unable to carry out your session, you will be offered an opportunity to transfer to another slot or a full refund will be issued for any payment received.
Courses & Workshops
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date will receive a full refund
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the course or workshop will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made within 13 days or less of the course or workshop start date are non-refundable.
Transferring to a future course/workshop: You may transfer your spot to a future course or workshop if you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that a course or workshop is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or you may opt to transfer to another scheduled course.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Payments will be refunded through the original payment method.
