Animal Healing and Communication Sessions

I understand that sometimes plans change, so please take a moment to read my booking policy:

• Appointments can be rescheduled without charge if at least 72 hours’ notice is given.
• One appointment change is permitted per booking. Any further changes may incur an additional booking fee.
• If you need to cancel your appointment and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, a 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or postpone your animal healing & communication session, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

As a small business, this policy helps protect the time that has been set aside specifically for you and your animal.

Courses & Workshops

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Alternatively, a payment plan may be arranged prior to booking. Payment plans are typically spread over three instalments.
• All instalments must be paid in full before the course start date.
• Failure to complete payment before the course begins may result in your place being offered to someone else.

Cancellations

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible.
• If more than 14 days’ notice is given before the course start date, your booking may be transferred to a future course of the same type, subject to availability.
• Transfers are permitted on one occasion only. Any further transfers will require a new booking.
• Requests to transfer with less than 14 days’ notice cannot be guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Course Cancellation by SpiritHeart

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your booking to a future course date.

Attendance

By booking a place on a course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Payments will be refunded through the original payment method.
