Spirit Heart Yoga - An Invitation
I invite you to come together for a joyful, playful, and safe yoga practice. No matter what your level of experience, you will find challenge and reward in our time together. We will experience a yoga practice of compassion, that of having compassion for your entire state of being, bringing awareness and gentleness into your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you a more peaceful life existence. You are safely guided to only engage the practices to your individual need, as it is in that moment. We are thus learning the practice of being present or living in the moment.
Whatever your intention, whether it’s flexibility, strength, spirituality, relaxation, stress release, meditation, balance, or beyond, please join me and share in a playful, safe, and joyful journey of exploration!

What is Yoga?
Yoga is a gentle, powerful, transformational practice that integrates all the parts of who you are. The practice of Yoga releases physical, mental, and emotional blocks. As you fully engage in the practice, you bring your focus and attention to every detail of the postures as you relax your body, calm your mind and strengthen yourself from within. Life’s answers become clearer, and you experience inner joy and freedom. The practice of Yoga is likened to entering the sanctuary of the body to quiet the chatter of the mind. Yoga will stretch you and make you strong, it will push out your boundaries as you uncover the physical, emotional, and mental tensions held in the body, allowing awareness to emerge and release to occur. Yoga is less about standing on your head and more about learning how to stand on your own two feet.
